Metzler North America

Metzler North America is expanding its Seattle office and has hired six people. John Bliss, formerly of Unico, is responsible for the capital markets team. New to acquisitions are Matthew Paddock, formerly with Kennedy Associates, Ross Dorn, formerly of Boeing Realty, and Brian Moosburner, previously with ING Clarion. Rob Piatok, formerly of Trammell Crow Co., and Ai Kong, previously with Colliers International, are new support staff members in asset services. Metzler, which works with German and U.S. private and institutional clients, has $2 billion of assets under management. The company completed $950 million in transactions in 2004 and plans to invest $1.3 billion this year.
